Who we are
Response Game Studio is run by Simeon Fabowale-Makinde, a sole trader based in the UK, trading as Response Game Studio. He is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@response.games.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The enquiry form collects your name, your email address, the type of enquiry and your message. The Doom Clock launch sign-up collects your email address. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you and to plan any event, venue night or commission you ask about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us and expect a reply. We use launch sign-up emails only to tell you when Doom Clock launches. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
Who handles it for us
Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to our email. Our email is hosted by Google (Gmail). The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Headline and body fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after we last speak, then delete them, unless we need them longer for accounts or a contract. We keep launch sign-ups until we send the launch email or you ask us to remove you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@response.games and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
